We are looking for a Logistics Director for Coşkunöz Metal Form. If you are a strategic leader with deep expertise in the automotive industry, we would love to meet you!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, and capacity planning within the automotive sector,
• Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing large teams.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP and ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with suppliers and customers.
• Strategic thinking with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and operational planning processes in line with customer demand and production capacity,
• Track and improve customer delivery performance to meet targets.
• Optimize delivery times, inventory levels, and overall logistics costs.
• Oversee periodic inventory counts and optimize factory logistics flow plans.
• Increase efficiency in shipping, internal/external logistics, and warehousing operations.
• Digitize planning and logistics processes by ensuring the effective use of ERP systems.
• Develop and implement efficiency projects aligned with lean production principles.
